Customer Success Manager
Make the logistics world paperless with helping customers find and use Waybiller in their everyday work!
As the Waybiller product and market share are growing, we are looking to join forces with a Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work.
- Help find new customers and agree meetings with them to plan scale system integrations with Waybiller.
- Create process analysis documents and offers to potential customers.
- Gather information from the customers about extra developments to improve the product.
- After onboarding the clients, successfully transfer your customer relationships to the customer support.
- Create documentation of the integrations.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience with integrations (scale systems, ERPs. different APIs etc.) and growth hacking.
- Strong communication skills and technical know-how.
- Organisational skills — you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organised.
- Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles.
- Passion for the digitalisation of the logistics industry.
- Fluency in Estonian language and strong written and verbal communication in English.

Waybiller is an e-waybill software that helps you create and store your digital waybills and track your vehicles carrying freight.
Founded in 2019, Waybiller was a brainchild of a team of developers and business consultants at Thorgate.
The team had already been disrupting the logistics & forestry industry with innovative digital products like EPMK document management software, Metsaladu for Artiston and Vaheladu for Eesti Puidumüügikeskus.
After creating three very successful waybill softwares for the forestry industry, Waybiller was created as a spin-off to make the logistics industry paperless!
Within the first 2 years of coming into existence, Waybiller has seen immense growth within the Baltics and Nordics, as well as, a phenomenal response from partner companies who have been able to save manual hours with the E-waybill solution.
