Thorgate is looking for a structured and reliable Operations Coordinator to help keep the day-to-day operations of our company running smoothly.

You will support the team by coordinating logistics, organizing internal processes, and making sure everyday things simply work. This role focuses on execution, organization and reliability. You will be working closely with the management team, helping steer the group operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate company events (venue bookings, logistics, budgeting, schedules).

• Coordinating recruitment processes (posting job ads, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, working with hiring managers)

• Helping maintain internal documentation, calendars and operational workflows

• Ensuring the office environment is organized and well supplied

• Supporting internal communication and coordination

• Assisting management, marketing and other teams with operational tasks when needed

• Coordinating travel logistics, bookings and schedules for the team

• Helping with employer branding and social media together with the marketing team
